Kyneton Bushland Resort is located three kilometres from the historic Victorian township of Kyneton and only one hour's drive north of Melbourne.
KBR provides first class accommodation in 55 brick villas and three modern apartments nestled within 123 acres of native bushland providing resort guests with a quiet environment in which they can relax and enjoy their holiday.

The current rental rates are:
OFF PEAK

| Two bedroom Villa | $150.00 per night | $750.00 per week |
| Three bedroom Villa | $165.00 per night | $825.00 per week |
| Three bedroom Apartment | $185.00 per night | $925.00 per week |
PEAK (All Australian school holidays, long weekends and Melbourne Cup week)
| One Bedroom Apartment | $150.00 | $750.00 per week |
| Two bedroom Villa | $185.00 per night | $925.00 per week |
| Three bedroom Villa | $200 per night | $1000.00 per week |
| Three bedroom Apartment | $220.00 per night | $1100.00 per week |
For the above daily rates a minimum two night stay applies. For single night bookings please add $10.00 to the above nightly rates.
Maximum occupancy of the two bedroom villas is six persons including infants.
Maximum occupancy of the three bedroom villas is eight persons including infants.

BOOKINGS
Bookings can now be made online by clicking here
When booking, a deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation is required within seven days. This deposit can be paid over the phone with a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or a cheque or money order can be mailed to the resort. If a deposit is not received by the due date the booking will be cancelled. Any booking that is made less than seven days prior to arrival must pay the deposit over the phone.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT TIMES
Saturday - Thursday Check in: 3.00 p.m. Check out: 11.00 a.m.
Friday Check in: 4.00 p.m. Check out: 10.00 a.m.
A security deposit is required at check-in for all bookings. This deposit will be taken in the form of a credit card number (Mastercardor Visa).
CANCELLATION FEES
The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings:
30 - 14 days' notice: $50.00.
14 - 7 days' notice: 50% of the first night's accommodation.
Less than 7 days' notice or non arrival: 100% of the first night's accommodation.
